Will Collins is a Government Relations Manager at Monument, where he primarily supports the firm’s Energy and Environment practice. In this role, he conducts legislative research, manages client relationships, and helps clients navigate a rapidly evolving policy landscape. Will began his career at Monument as a Public Policy Fellow, bringing with him valuable experience from his prior roles as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Randy Weber and as a Graduate Research Lead at the U.S. Department of State. A native of Houston, Texas, Will earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The George Washington University and is currently defending his thesis to complete his Master’s degree in Political Science.
