Sean Kelly is a Vice President of Public Affairs at Monument Advocacy. A seasoned communications and policy strategist, Sean brings more than a decade of experience advising senior government, corporate, and non-profit leaders.
Before joining Monument, Sean served as Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Atlas Air Worldwide, where he helped shape collective advocacy strategies across the aviation and logistics sectors.
Prior to that, Sean served as a senior communicator for the House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers, where he led media relations, messaging strategy, and served as a primary spokesperson for technology, energy, environment, and telecommunications issues.
Before joining the Committee, Sean worked as a speechwriter in the office of the 18th U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Elaine L. Chao, where he advised the Secretary and senior department leadership on messaging and public engagement across all modes of transportation. Sean began his D.C. career at the Hudson Institute, a leading foreign policy and national security think tank.
Sean holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from Western Washington University.
