Richie Holmberg is a Senior Manager, Government Relations at Monument where he supports the food and agriculture practice.
He previously interned for the United States Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service and Senator Richard J. Durbin. Richie was a HRSA Public Health Scholar at The George Washington University. His research examined implementation and evaluation of the SNAP Online Purchasing Pilot and Online Nutrition Incentives. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to attend Aberystwyth University’s summer institute on “Sustainable Food Production and Land Use.”
Richie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Food Policy, History, and Culture from the University of South Carolina’s Honors College. He earned his Master’s of Public Health in Public Health Nutrition from The George Washington University.
