Kimberly leads Monument’s tax practice and brings more than 25 years of experience in tax and trade policy, having joined Monument in 2012 after serving as Legislative Director for former House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady (R-TX). She is highly respected for her work on tax and trade policy and communicates regularly with key Administration officials and staff and Members of the Committees on Ways and Means and Senate Finance. Kimberly formerly served in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and other private sector positions. She was recognized as one of The Hill‘s Top Lobbyists for 2024 and 2025, serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington International Trade Association, and is a member of the Tax Coalition. During her time on Capitol Hill, she was named one of the Top Ten Trade and Tax Staffers by Roll Call. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
