Kaycie Goral is a public affairs and digital manager dedicated to creating compelling digital narratives. In her role, Kaycie leads the strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day implementation of clients’ digital and public affairs campaigns across various sectors.

Before joining Monument, Kaycie shaped healthcare advocacy initiatives at Shmidt Public Affairs, built data-backed strategic communications campaigns with Narrative Strategies, and championed electoral reform thought leadership with FairVote and RepresentWomen. Kaycie has written on the need for electoral reform and has been published in outlets such as The Hill, Ms. Magazine, The Wrapped, and the 19th.

Kaycie graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University’s School of Communications with a master’s degree in political communications and a bachelor’s in communications and justice studies.
