Julia Buzacott is a Business Development and Operations Manager at Monument, where she supports the firm’s growth through data-driven business development and operational strategy. In this role, she applies expertise in reporting and analytics, workflow optimization, and research to build out internal systems and expand Monument’s reach across policy areas and geographic markets. Julia first joined Monument as a Business Development Fellow, where she gained experience with growth strategy and data management initiatives while developing a strong understanding of the government affairs and public policy landscape. She previously completed internships at a global advisory firm and a nonprofit organization focused on sustainable agriculture and food systems.
Julia is originally from Washington, DC and holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Bates College.
