Joseph is a government relations professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in artificial intelligence policy and its intersection with data privacy, cybersecurity, blockchain, and supply chain management. He has built a career advising clients on complex AI-related issues and crafting effective communications strategies tailored to the Washington, DC landscape.

Immediately prior to joining Monument, Joseph served as legislative counsel for a consulting firm specializing in technology policy across New York City and Washington, DC. Throughout his career, including during his time at Monument, he has worked on numerous high-profile presidential, gubernatorial, and congressional campaigns.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston, a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and Certificates in Artificial Intelligence from Georgetown University and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, reflecting his deep commitment to staying at the forefront of AI policy and regulation.
