Ella Gibb is a Government Relations Manager at Monument Advocacy, where she works within the firm’s trade practice supporting clients through policy research, congressional monitoring, and the coordination of advocacy efforts. She previously served as a fellow in Monument’s health policy practice during the summer 2026 cohort.
Prior to joining Monument full time, Ella gained experience in state government and health policy consulting. She interned in the office of a Wisconsin state senator, where she gained firsthand exposure to legislative activity and the policymaking process. She also interned at another health policy consulting firm, further developing her policy research and analysis skills. Together, these experiences strengthened her background in legislative affairs, public policy, advocacy, and client service.
Ella graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with double majors in economics and international studies and a minor in health policy.
