Caden Lorenzini is a Government Relations Manager at Monument Advocacy, where she works within the firm’s technology practice advising clients on emerging policy issues, including artificial intelligence, facial recognition, and digital identity. She was previously a member of Monument’s Spring 2025 cohort of Public Policy Fellows.
Prior to joining Monument, Caden worked with organizations across the policy and innovation ecosystem. She previously supported membership development and programming at FounderNexus, a national community of startup founders and technology leaders, where she helped engage entrepreneurs, investors, and industry partners through events and communications. Earlier, she worked at EqualAI, contributing research and analysis on responsible AI governance and emerging regulatory trends. Caden also served as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. Senate, where she supported legislative staff by researching policy issues and monitoring congressional activity.
Caden holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Sociology, from Villanova University.
