Britt Bepler is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief People Officer at Monument Advocacy, a leading public affairs and strategic communications firm. She has over 17 years’ experience in managing complex projects and programs, overseeing financial, HR and legal affairs, driving growth and innovation, and solving problems across diverse sectors and regions.
As a member of the firm’s seven-person Senior Leadership Team, Britt helps set the vision and strategy for Monument, ensuring the alignment and integration of foundational systems, functions, and initiatives integral to the firm’s overall health and longevity. She also leads the daily operations of Monument, from M&A and new business initiatives to human resources, legal and information technology. Since joining Monument in 2017, she has been instrumental in the firm’s remarkable expansion and success, leveraging her expertise and extensive background in operations for defense and intelligence programs throughout the Middle East.
Britt holds a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University. Thereafter, she pursued a master’s degree equivalent with distinction, ranking first in her class, in Modern Standard Arabic from the American University in Cairo.
