Anne MacDonald Grace is a Principal at Monument Advocacy. Grace advises C-suites, boards, and corporations through political, regulatory, and reputational crises, with particular expertise in government scrutiny, sanctions exposure, and supply-chain disruption.

Her government career spanned the White House, Pentagon, and State Department, and she served as chief of staff and spokesperson to Mrs. Laura Bush through the launch of the Bush Presidential Center. She also served at GHESKIO Centers in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, a pioneering HIV/AIDS medical system and PEPFAR partner.

Anne is a senior advisor to Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, the Center on Conflict Development at Texas A&M University, and is an adjunct fellow at the East West Center.

She has served on the boards of organizations operating in Burma, Ghana, Haiti, Kenya, Liberia, and Uganda, as well as in her home of Dallas, Texas and hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.
