Sandy Monticelli is the Vice President of Finance, overseeing the financial operations of the firm.
Sandy has many years of financial experience. Before joining Monument Advocacy (formerly of Horizon Government Affairs), Sandy was the Chief Operating Office and a Partner at Seneca Capital Management for 11 years. Prior to that, Sandy was the Director of Finance for the San Francisco Newspaper Agency for 4 years and previously was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young for 9 years.
Sandy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
