Monument Advocacy Adds Legislative and Communications Aide Noelle Jones to Expanding Team

Washington, DC – Monument Advocacy today announced it has hired Capitol Hill and communications aide Noelle Jones as a Director. Noelle brings with her years of experience that will benefit the firm and our clients.

Noelle comes to Monument most recently from Ketchum, a public relations firm, where she worked closely with clients on social media content strategy development, among other things. Before Ketchum, Noelle was a capstone communications consultant at the National Fitness Foundation. Noelle spent over 4 years on Capitol Hill with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, and the offices of Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Representative Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) in their legislative shops. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
