Kelly Broadway is a seasoned public affairs and communications leader with deep expertise in healthcare policy, strategic messaging, and media relations.

In her role as a Vice President of Public Affairs at Monument Advocacy, Kelly drives high-impact communications and media outreach for the firm’s health policy team and coalition partners, elevating complex healthcare issues into clear, compelling narratives that influence policy debates and public understanding.

Throughout her career, Kelly has built a reputation for shaping effective advocacy campaigns and advancing critical healthcare initiatives across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Monument Advocacy through its strategic integration with Horizon Government Affairs, she served as Vice President of Communications at The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), where she led comprehensive communications programs on health and benefits policy.

Kelly also supported national nonprofit and public media organizations, including the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, developing high-visibility campaigns and thought leadership that bridged policy, public interest, and stakeholder engagement.

Kelly began her career in broadcast journalism as a television news producer in Nashville, work that was recognized with an Emmy Award. Her journalism roots underpin a strategic approach to storytelling, rooted in clarity, accuracy, and audience impact.

Kelly holds a degree from the University of Georgia.
