Jackson Hoffman is a Business Development Manager at Monument, where he works across practice areas to expand the firm’s market reach and growth strategy. In this role, he leverages an interdisciplinary approach, applying quantitative analysis and policy-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.

Jackson first joined Monument as a Health Policy Fellow, where his work focused on health innovation and artificial intelligence in healthcare. Before his fellowship, he held a variety of roles, including content manager and science policy analyst at The Vannevar Group, COO and Co-Founder of a small health technology startup, and a Princeton in Asia Fellow and cultural ambassador in Vientiane, Laos. Drawing on experiences across technology, policy, and international engagement, he approaches complex challenges with a holistic perspective that integrates quantitative, policy, and business considerations. His professional interests center on the intersection of the life and health sciences, emerging technologies, and public policy, and how these domains can inform strategic decision-making that drives business development.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Jackson received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with minors in Cell Biology and Religious Studies from the University of Louisville. He later earned a Master of Science in Health and the Public Interest from Georgetown University, where he further developed his interest in working at the intersection of health science, business strategy, and policy.
