Dave is an experienced finance and accounting professional with significant focus in supporting consulting businesses. He combines his deep analytical skills and industry knowledge with his technical proficiency to support decision-making, drive growth, and support strategic initiatives.
Dave has previously served Treliant, a US-based global consultancy to the financial services industry; CIBT, a US-based global provider of immigration and visa services for corporations and individuals; and Promontory Financial Group, a US-based global consultancy to the financial services industry. In his roles in these businesses, Dave was responsible for many aspects of financial management, including but not limited to establishing the annual budget and periodic re-forecasts; analyzing financial and non-financial performance at various levels; and preparing financial reporting packages and presentations to executive management and others. Importantly, Dave was instrumental in the July 2025 sale of Treliant to Huron Consulting Group and the November 2016 sale of Promontory Financial Group to IBM.
Prior to his corporate finance experience, Dave worked at various levels up to senior manager at KPMG, delivering audit and risk advisory services to a range of clients, including a public telecommunications company, a private educational marketing services company, a private consultancy, and the U.S. subsidiary of an international public aerospace and defense company.
Dave holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dave lives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and has three children.
