Cameron Sterling is a Government Relations Manager at Monument, where she works within the firm’s trade practice advising clients on policy issues including tariffs, geopolitical risk, and export controls.

She brings a multidisciplinary background in geopolitics, finance, and public affairs, with prior experience at U.S. Central Command, the Washington Kurdish Institute, and Phoenix Venture Partners. Her work as a Field Manager at Clean Water Action, along with internships on several political campaigns, anchored Cameron’s experience in U.S. politics and advocacy.

Cameron earned dual bachelor’s degrees in political science-statistics from Columbia University and politics and government from Sciences Po Paris. She is also a proud alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s YES Abroad Scholarship Program in Jordan.
