As a permanent member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, Britt helps shape Monument’s long-term vision and ensures the operational backbone of the firm keeps pace with its ambitions. She oversees the firm’s core operating engine, aligning people, processes, and infrastructure to support client work, expansion, and innovation across the organization.
Since joining Monument in 2017, Britt has played a central role in the firm’s rapid growth, leading the development of the systems, structures, and culture that underpin Monument’s continued success. Her leadership blends strategic clarity with a builder’s mindset, drawing on an extensive background managing complex operations supporting defense and intelligence programs throughout the Middle East.
Britt holds a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University. She later completed advanced graduate-level study in Modern Standard Arabic at the American University in Cairo, graduating with distinction and ranking first in her class.
