Andrew is a Senior Manager of Government Relations, providing public policy support to our clients in the Energy and Environment space. Before joining Monument, he worked in circularity and sustainability policy at the American Chemistry Council, the industry association representing plastic makers and members of the recycling value chain. He also interned in the House for the late Congresswoman Louise Slaughter, in the Senate for then-Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and as a Public Affairs Assistant at Avoq. Originally from Canandaigua, New York, Andrew graduated from George Mason University with degrees in political science and American history.
