Samantha Lostia is the Director of Strategic Operations at Monument Advocacy. In this role she oversees the day-to-day operations of the DC office, ensures operational efficiency across the organization, optimizes resource allocation, and provides strategic support for the firm’s senior leadership team. Samantha’s diverse skill set spans HR, finance, and legal, making her a versatile and invaluable asset to the organization.
Before joining Monument, Samantha worked with municipalities, served as a legislative fellow on Capitol Hill, and worked as a corporate paralegal for pre-seed to late-stage financing startups. Additionally, she was a logistician in the Marine Corps Reserves.
Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Public Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in history from the University of California Davis.
