As a Director on Monument’s growing Public Affairs team, Roberto provides tailored policy communications support to a wide variety of clients across multiple types of organizations, from coalitions and trade associations to large corporate clients. Roberto specializes in deploying public affairs campaigns across different mediums to deliver the right messaging at the right time to the right people, ensuring that his clients’ communication goals are being met.

Prior to joining Monument Roberto served as the Policy and Communications Manager for the Senate Special Committee on Aging, where he served as the liaison between the committee’s policy and communication teams and helped drive the committee’s work on both fronts. He previously served as a Professional Staff Member for the Committee on House Administration, where he belonged to the Communication Standards Commission staff and was responsible for reviewing and approving all taxpayer-funded communications.

Roberto graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a double degree in Communications and Political Science.
