Maddie Brown is a Government Relations Manager at Monument, where she works primarily in the firm’s technology practice. In this role, she advises clients on policy issues related to AI, privacy, and health, and manages various client relationships.
Maddie first joined Monument as a Public Policy Fellow. Prior to the Fellowship, she worked as an organizer on the Maryland Democratic Party’s Coordinated Campaign and interned on the Hill with Representative Jan Schakowsky.
Born and raised in DC, Maddie received her Bachelor’s degree with honors in American Studies, Legal Studies, and English Literature from Northwestern University. She also holds a Master of Studies in History from the University of Oxford.
