The Monument Team would not be complete if it was not for our awesome Fellows Program. Former fellows have gone on to work for the Administration, think tanks, Members of Congress, law firms, and more. Our fellows serve an important role as contributors to our work here in the government relations, communications, and public affairs space.

DEGREE PURSUING: Ph.D.
What got you interested in politics?
I became interested in politics after finishing my masters degree in Philosophy and realizing that I could apply the skills I had learned to improving policy and making the world better.
What is your favorite Monument in Washington, DC?
I love the Lincoln Memorial because I have enormous respect for Lincoln. The statue is large enough to reflect such an outsize figure and the script in the stone around the monument is beautiful.
What is your favorite book?
My favorite book is Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. Its blend of eastern mysticism and western philosophy is enchanting.
If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
I’d interview either Nietzsche or Immanuel Kant because their philosophies are so insightful and powerful.
If you could check one thing off your bucket list what would it be?
I’d love to go into space! Or at least experience zero gravity.
